No, Marco Polo does not provide paid marketing services. Instead, we focus on connecting participants with vetted providers that meet their specific needs.
To sign up, simply visit the page dedicated to your group—participants, providers, or coordinators. Each page has step-by-step instructions and a video guide. You can also click any ‘sign up’ button to start.
To subscribe as a provider, first sign up.
Once signed up your home page should display the subscription options, pick one that best suits your business.
Otherwise, when logged into Marco Polo Portal, click on ‘My Business’ in the top right corner, then click ‘Business’.
Once opened, click on the ‘Payments & Plans’ tile.
Then click Plan on the right side.
This will give you our subscription options.
Follow the prompts to subscribe.
Only providers pay to use Marco Polo. They can sign up, choose a subscription option, and pay a finder’s fee once matched with a participant. If the match is unsuccessful, the finder’s fee is refundable. See How do I subscribe for more information on set up a subscription.

If you change coordinators, you can update your coordinator’s details in your Marco Polo account, ensuring they have the access they need to support you.
To delete your profile, log into your account, click on your profile, and select “delete.” This will permanently remove your account from the platform.
You can block someone by clicking the “block” button on their profile or in the chat. This will prevent them from contacting you.
Refunds are available to providers if a match is unsuccessful. While subscription fees are non-refundable, you can cancel a month-to-month subscription at any time.
No, providers can only contact you after you have indicated that you’re ready and chosen them. Your contact details are shared only with your chosen provider.
No, we are not a marketing directory. Participants only match with providers that meet their needs, and they choose who to contact.
